The content of the training course will be discussed with you in detail in a preliminary meeting and on the basis of sample files.
The basic basis is my book “Technical Illustration with Tools from Corel”.

Requirements

General:

  • Good general PC skills
  • Basic knowledge in technical illustration
  • Previous knowledge of a design, graphics or image editing software is advantageous

In-house training:

  • current Windows PC per participant
  • Training room and beamer
  • One license or trial license (30 days runtime from www.corel.de) of Corel software for each participant
  • Online access for participants and trainer

Online training:

  • for each participant one license or test license (30 days executable from www.corel.de) of the Corel software

  • MS Teams, TeamViewer Meeting or the collaboration tool of your company

Involvement

For an optimal preparation and compilation of the content I need, if possible:

  • Typical base data in source format (SVG, PNG, DWG, 3D CAD data…).
  • Typical sample illustrations (DES, CDR, …)
  • Typical pattern illustrations in target format (EPS, SVG, PNG, …)
  • Existing symbol libraries (CSL), stylesheets (CDSS), templates (CDT), and workspaces (CDWS)
  • Editorial, image guide or similar

There are a large number of training courses on offer. The participants sit in the training rooms of the provider or online in front of their screens in the home office and are offered features that often have little to do with the actual use and content. The trainers know the functional scope of the software and try to convey it abstractly, but this is often far away from the daily industrial business.

With my trainings I convey to the participants in goal-oriented inhouse trainings contents, which are co-ordinated with your tasks. In the training sessions, I develop solutions with the participants, which enable them to safely implement new requirements in the future. The basis is my own productive use of Corel DRAW and Corel DESIGNER, my book “Technical Illustration with Tools from Corel”, my official status as a Corel Training Partner and the cooperation with S3D, the XVL specialist in Europe.
