And it has clicked
What “Zack”, “Zisch” or “Peng” stands for doesn’t need to be explained to anyone. It’s enough to read a comic. But there’s more to a comic than pure entertainment, such as an information model with parallels to technical communication.

Content Management System – Introduction to the PersonalEdition
For some years now, the technical communications industry has been talking with increasing intensity about content management systems and single source publishing. Now that mainly large and medium-sized companies have recognized their opportunities and invested in content management systems, the usage base has broadened considerably. Companies that until recently were still using this method of working with prejudices such as “too expensive”, “too complicated” or “not relevant for us” have rethought and found their way into the market.
This is made possible by, among other things, practical software approaches and lower investments. So that GFT GmbH has now arrived at the content management system for everyone with the PersonalEdition of the GFT XML content management system. In spite of the limited range of functions, thanks to the full upgradeability of the content, everyone can find a solid start in the world of single source publishing with XML with this content management system. This information brochure provides basic information about editorial systems and help with getting started with the PersonalEdition of the GFT XML Editorial System.
