Technical illustrations are becoming more and more efficient. Views are quickly generated with the 3D CAD model. But what to do when human-machine interactions make it necessary to represent that person? Don’t take a step back with photos or videos. Take a step forward with me to a vector-based digital mock-up also for humans in your illustrations.

The models are suitable for work in CorelDRAW Technical Suite with Lattice XVL Studio and Corel DESIGNER.

Functional 3D model of a worker with anatomical object structure and physiological rotation points of body parts. The 3D model is suitable for representations of a whole person or just the hands.

The 3D model of the worker was kindly provided by Lattice. The 3D model is part of the XVL Studio Series mit der Human Option. With this extension, ergonomics studies on machines and equipment can be performed with a human body model.

  • Open XVL file in Lattice XVL Studio or import into an existing model.
  • Adjust visibilities and positions.
  • Send 2D output to the Corel DESIGENR.
